    Born from a passion for quality, we manufacture our hair products ourselves, ensuring only the highest quality ingredients go into them. What we leave out are ingredients that aren’t good for you, like salt (sodium chloride), paba, parabens and DEA, and processes like animal testing. Left are products that perform and provide real results, and that offers hope for men and women around the world who suffer from hair loss, no matter the reason.
  • Can I use CW Hair Careâ„¢ on my hair if it is chemically treated and not natural?
    Yes, CW Hair Careâ„¢ can be used on any hair type or texture, including chemically treated, relaxed, texturized and color-treated hair.
  • Does it actually work?
    CW Hair Careâ„¢ 100% guarantees the performance of all of our products. Product not purchased through a professional salon or on the CW Hair Careâ„¢ website is not guaranteed by CW Hair Careâ„¢.
  • How long does it take for results?
    Customers who have used CW Hair Careâ„¢ have seen results in a little as 2 weeks. But, the result times varies between each individual.
  • Can men benefit from your products?
    Yes, men can and have benefited from CW Hair Careâ„¢ regardless of their hair loss issues.
  • Can children benefit from your products?
    Yes, CW Hair Careâ„¢ contains natural ingredients make it completely safe for use by children 2 years old and older.
  • Do you test on animals?
    We do not test on animals or have animal bi-products as ingredients.
  • Are your products harmful to the environment?
    At CW Hair Careâ„¢ we continuously research and use ingredients in our product line which are both sustainably sourced and environmentally friendly. Many of the ingredients we currently use are naturally derived and over 95% of the ingredients in our product line are either bio or photo degradable. 100% natural and sustainably sourced ingredients is our priority as we continuously strive to improve our products and introduce new ones to our line.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    CW Hair Careâ„¢ will soon ship internationally via Amazon.
  • What if my item was damaged?
    When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact CW Hair Care Customer Service at 770-800-1315 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST., Mondays through Fridays. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
  • What is the return policy?
    At CW Hair Care, we love when you’re happy. We stand behind our beauty products, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied. If not, our team will make your return process easy and seamless. All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on cwhaircare.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30-day period. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. The following items cannot be returned: -CW Hair Care Gift Cards -Product Samples -Individual products that were originally purchased as part of a set Items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at a store, must be returned to the original retailer. Please reference their website for their return policy. Our return address is: CW Hair Care 3721 New Macland Rd, Suite 200-247 Powder Springs, GA For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling). Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for return charges. Additionally, at this time we do not offer exchange services.
  • Can I cancel a order?
    Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
